What Traits make you a good staff:respect other staff, follow rules, dont spam,no spawning free items and no swearing ( at minimum)
What makes you stand out from other members:I don't grief or lie about things.I'm super awesome builder and I can fix peoples griefs and clean up the place, I wont give free op, if someone doesn't follow rules they will get muted/jailed/kick. temp ban and ban is higher staffs choice to ban or not. I'm always online (2 3 hours) Don't disrespects staff. dosent ask for op. and I will build anything you guys want -staff. If i say no its probably because i have to go, or Im busy at the moment.but when I get finished I will get on to the thing you a signed me to do
